Abstract

Consider an alternative judicial process means of resolving labor disputes: negotiation, conciliation with the assistance of an independent intermediary and mediation. Analyzed the acts of the current national and international law containing rules alternative dispute resolution. The advantages of extrajudicial dispute resolution. The content of the principles of parity and consensus inherent in mediation as a method of dispute resolution.
