Анотація

Статтю присвячено історико-правовому аналізу двох практичних справ, пов’язаних зі створенням та розвитком концепції асоціації у праві Європейського Союзу. В контексті підписання угоди про асоціацію між Україною та ЄС на прикладі відносин ЄС з Іспанією та Грецією підкреслюється зв’язок «європейських цінностей» із концепцією асоціації у політичному та правовому сенсі.
