Abstract

In this article the criminal law aspects of the activity of the International Organization of Migration (IOM) during the investigation proceedings of the crimes referred to the human trade are viewed; the article views the problems of providing help to the victims of the human trade so as the problem of the awareness of the workers of the law enforcement agencies about the activities of the IOM in the prejudicial proceedings and in the hearing of criminal proceedings.
