Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems of the illusions in the evidence of victims in the process of perception of a crime. The mechanism of formation of the evidence of victims in the process of visual, auditory, gustatory perception, smell and touch. The laws of the illusions in the perception of objects, animals and people; time sequence of events, the movement of objects, their speed, acceleration, direction, as well as the impact of the psychological condition of the victim at the time of perception and after it.
