Fiscal instruments as key element of state economic development regulation at macrolevel

Abstract

This article studies the theoretical basis of certain key instruments of state economic development regulation; summarizes current ideas about the formation and implementation of fiscal policy; proposes the author 's definition of  “fiscal policy”.
