Abstract

The article deals with problems of combating the internationalcrimes while globalization. The most essential issues are the prevention of the transnational crimes. The authordefines a concept of crime in the international criminal law. The author reveals key elements, which characterize transnational crimes; and determines the objects of the crimes.The article explains the identity of international crime concept and the international crimes.
