Харьков и губерния в годину Отечественной войны 1812 г
Abstract
В статье рассматриваются отклики в Слободской губернии на нашествие Наполеона в 1812 г. Особое внимание уделено попыткам губернских властей и местного дворянства сформировать здесь ополчение. Отмечается ведущая роль дворянства в реализации намеченных правительством оборонительных мер. Приведены примеры других патриотических инициатив со стороны разных слоев провинциального общества.
