Розглянуто методологічні засади розвитку екологічного менеджменту як різновиду управління та сфери наукового дослідження. Розкрито сутність екологічного менеджменту, в основі якого є проведення ефективних і комплексних заходів щодо раціонального використання природних ресурсів та дотримання вимог екологічної безпеки. Висвітлено переваги впровадження системи екологічного менеджменту на підприємствах України.
