Abstract
The methodical approach to the complex spatial optimization of agricultural lands structure on the regional territorial level is presented, it is grounded objective function of such optimization, which takes into account economic and environmental components, the result of soil conservation optimization of tillage distribution of Kharkov region between districts is given.
