SIMULATION OF ATMOSPHERIC POLLUTION TRANSPORT FOR THE PURPOSE OF LANDSCAPE PLANNING
Abstract
In this paper the author's calculation model for the air transport of pollutants from the highway to the residential area has been presented , which a priori would allow to optimize landscape planning in urban systems. It allows to take into account such factors as the spatial configuration of residential development , distance to the source and angle of contamination transport and presence of barriers in relation to the prevailing winds, etc. number of storeys in buildings, etc. in predicting the possible contamination of residential landscapes. These are also the results of its field testing confirming the feasibility and reliability of the developed model obtained by means of its calculation.
