The journal is published every six months.

OPEN ACCESS POLICY
This electronic journal supports the policy of open access to published content, supporting the principles of the free dissemination of scientific information and the global exchange of knowledge for the sake of universal social progress.

HISTORY OF THE JOURNAL
The journal was founded in 2015 (protocol of the meeting of the Academic Council of Kharkiv National University named after V. N. Karazin No. 12 dated November 30, 2015).

The founder: - Kharkiv National University named after VN Karazin.

Faculty of Faculty: - Faculty of Computer Science.

Department founder: - Department of security of information systems and technologies.

Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to journal are peer-reviewed. The journal follows double blind peer review procedure. Reviewers are assigned by the respective members of Editorial Board. Submitted manuscript they consider paper’s correspondence to the scope of the journal, result’s originality, adequacy of applied methods and relevance of conclusions.

Reviewers are required to provide the author with comments intended to improve the article (Reviewer guidelines).

Editorial Board based upon comments of reviewer and compliance of the manuscript with technical requirements to submitted materials makes the decision regarding acceptance of a manuscript or further revision by authors. Reviewing procedure should not take longer than one month upon receiving the manuscript. Authors are given two weeks to improve manuscript and submit revised form of the paper.

Reviewer must consider the following questions and give the answer "Yes" or "No":

1. Are the results original?

2. Are the methods adequate?

3. Whether the analysis corresponds to conclusions?

Reviewer indicate opinion:

1. Accept without change;

2. Accept after taking into account the comments of the reviewer;

3. Reject or add new factual material;

4. Reject due to the fact that the article does not correspond to the profile of the journal;

5. Reject due to the fact that the article is in abundance contains already known facts (i.e. it is a retelling).

Plagiarism check

We check all submitted manuscripts by Unicheck.com software before review process. If plagiarism is detected (the percentage of the borrowed text exceeds 5%), the submitted manuscript is rejected.
