Potentialities of secondary emission mass spectrometry in control of immobilization of dyes in lipid layers and liposomes
Keywords:

In the framework of a problem of immobilization of molecular components of biosensors, a mass spectrometric method of control of immobilization of dyes in lipid layer and liposomes is suggested. A criterion of successful immobilization of dyes in a lipid monolayer on a liquid matrix surface is substantiated, which consists in the simultaneous presence of the peaks corresponding to the lipids and the dyes in the secondary ion mass spectra of the system. A method of lipids identification by their low mass characteristic fragments, which can be applied using affordable analytical instruments with a limited mass range, is suggested.
