Abstract
In this work the physico-mathematical model of hypotonic hemolysis of human eiythrocytes has been developed. It describes the kinetics of this phenomenon under cells plunging into hypertonfc water solution of electrically neutral permeable substance during the swelling of cell to critical volume.
