Activity of Management`s Simulation as a Socially Dangerous Practice

Abstract

Notion of simulation of management activity, its kinds, forms and characteristics are clarified in the article; its personal and institutional aspects are determined. The author proves that simulation of activity itself is dangerous in conditions of social disintegration. Criteria of detection of simulative activity as well as some preventive measures against negative consequences of this phenomenon are proposed.
