Reading and Rereadind of the «Arheology of Knowledge» by Michel Foucault
Abstract
The essay is devoted to the concept of statement by Michel Foucault in the perspective of social gap problematics. «Inadequate», emotional, incomprehensible or ambivalent life situations, which author unfolds for us, motivate her appeal to certain aspects of the concept. In particular, the statement is discovered in its connection with discource, language, meaning and sequence. Author focuses on complexity of M. Foucault’s concept, paradox of his vision, related to this peculiarities of his style of writing. This complexity becomes for author of this article support in interpretation of life situation, which in circumstances of social uncertainties, rapid changes, transformations are percepted as exciting, worrying, discouraging. This attitude to complexity helps her to find meanings of statements beyond habitual spreaded stereotypes, for ex. «decommunisation», «domestic separatism», etc. The way, which author builds, leads from interpretation of actual situation of statement to comprehension of time, where we live now.
