Biography of Ethnicity as an Educational and Research Practice

Abstract

The article is sanctified to description of possibilities of application of biographic method in research of ethnicity and in educational practices within the framework of course "Ethnosociology". The analysis of biographic essays of ethnicity, executed by students, is conducted on the criteria of meaningfulness of ethnic orientations and biographic security of personality. Marked, that the situation of threat of ethnicity, being subjectively perceived, is represented on sense of security of personality and results in transformation of ethnicity. Drawn conclusion, that the most biographic unprotectedness is peculiar to the informants, that feel a threat both own ethnicity and to the own ethnos. At what the question is about perception of different threats - threats of external enemy and threats to be markered as an internal enemy.
