Abstract

The most known approaches to define content-analysis methodology are considered in terms of “context” incorporation. “Content” is problematized as a container metaphor independent from social, cultural and cognitive factors. Gottlob Frege’s formal theory of language and Charles Peirce’s theory of communication are considered as the conceptual basis for content formalization within content-analysis of texts.
