Inter-dissiplanal approach as a condition for forming professional competence of future military lawyers

Abstract

In this article, the problem is related to the definition of pedagogical conditions, which in the educational process of a higher educational establishment will contribute to the formation of professional competence of military lawyers. The article deals with the peculiarities of constructing an educational process for the training of military lawyers on the basis of an interdisciplinary approach.

The content of the concepts of "interdisciplinary", "interdisciplinary connections", "interdisciplinary approach" is considered. The possibility of an interdisciplinary approach in shaping the professional competence of military lawyers is substantiated.
