THE PROPHYLAXYS OF INTRAOPERATIVE COMPLICATIONS DURING LAPAROSCOPIC CHOLECYSTECTOMY
Abstract
Authors describe own experience of 2434 laparoscopic cholecystectomies. Conversion to traditional operation was fulfilled in 29 patients caused by intraoperative complications and in 43 patients were revealed different postoperative complications. The causes of conversion, intraoperative and postoperative complications were analyzed, worked out the methods of prophylaxys and correction these complications.
