DIAGNOSTICS AND SURGICAL CORRECTION MIRIZZI SYNDROME
Abstract
Author presents an experience of the surgical treatment of 82 patients with different types of the Mirizzisyndrome. Most informative in diagnostics of the Mirizzisyndromewere sonography – 67,1% and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography – 58,5%.At a suspicion onMirizzi syndromeall patientswere performed laparoscopicintraoperativecholangiography, herewith diagnostic value ofthis method approached to100%. The оperation of the choice in patientswith syndrome Mirizzi type І was laparoscopic cholecystectomy, by impossibility of laparoscopic operations and at syndrome Mirizzi type ІІ preference was given to traditional cholecystectomy with drainaging of choledoch, or toRoux's hepaticojejunostomy.
