Abstract
It is developed a new method of the bleeding and chole efflux stopping from a bed of removed cholic gall with crio action at temperature – 80°C, which efficiency is confirmed on 45 experimental rabbits of the sort Chinchillas.The method was used in 65 patients with acute cholecystitis at laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Clinic-laboratory data which is confirming the clinical efficiency of the method was received. The analysis of the recieved results allows recommending wider use of low temperature at laparoscopic operations.Downloads
