COMPARATIVE ESTIMATION OF REGENERATION OF LIVER UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ELECTROCOAGULATION AND ULTRASONIC SCALPEL
Abstract
Liver tissue regeneration processes under the influence of monopolar electrode and an ultrasonic scalpel on 1-st, 3-rd, 7-th and 14-th days after the influence were studied on experimental animals (rabbits). It is established, that for parenchyma of liver ultrasonic coagulation is less traumatic. In postoperative period there is a tendency towards acceleration of reparative processes.
