Abstract

the article is devoted to the usage of the typology method in the investigation of legal liability. With the help of the method of the theoretical typology it was justified the separation of four types of legal liability, namely the responsibility of constitutional, judicial, administrative and automatic nature. The assumption concerning the existence of the legal liability of the constitutional nature is verified by means of the analysis of the Constitution of Ukraine and separation of corresponding normative constructions.
