Abstract

The article is devoted to system analysis of electronic identifiers persons in the Internet for certain relationships in the virtual sphere. The paper analyzes the legal regulation of electronic signature, digital signature, electronic signature single ID, Bank ID and Mobile ID. The article consider problematic issues of development and consolidation of citizen cards. Proposals to amend the current legislation.
