ФОРМУВАННЯ ПЕДАГОГІЧНОЇ МАЙСТЕРНОСТІ ВИКЛАДАЧІВ ФАХОВИХ ДИСЦИПЛІН ПРИ ПІДГОТОВЦІ АГРАРНИХ ІНЖЕНЕРІВ

Актуальність проблеми формування педагогічної майстерності викладачів фахових дисциплін при
підготовці аграрних інженерів обумовлена вимогами забезпечення чіткої організації освітнього процесу з
використанням кращих традицій вітчизняного та зарубіжного досвіду, сучасних педагогічних технологій
та освітніх інновацій, оскільки перед освітою стоїть завдання створення потужного кадрового потенціалу
для забезпечення її висококваліфікованими педагогічними працівниками, як однієї з найважливіших
умов стабільності, успішного функціонування і подальшого розвитку системи вищої освіти. З огляду на
це, стаття присвячена проблемі формування педагогічної майстерності викладачів фахових дисциплін
при підготовці аграрних інженерів. Метою статті є узагальнення сутності поняття «педагогічна
майстерність», дослідження проблеми формування педагогічної майстерності викладачів фахових
дисциплін в аграрних закладах вищої освіти та обґрунтування її важливості і основних шляхів
удосконалення для покращення якості освітнього процесу при підготовці аграрних інженерів. У
контексті дослідження проаналізовано наукові підходи до тлумачення поняття «педагогічна
майстерність». Зроблено висновок, що вона є невід‘ємною структурною складовою професійної
діяльності викладачів фахових дисциплін. Доведено, що педагогічна майстерність є виявом високого
результату професійної діяльності, умінням втілювати і реалізовувати власний творчий потенціал у
сукупності з ефективними методиками будування педагогічного процесу на високому рівні.
Встановлено, що вдосконалення педагогічної майстерності викладача фахових дисциплін полягає в
постійному підвищенні своїх професійних знань, умінь і практичних навичок, засвоєнні новітніх освітніх
технологій, розробці науково-методичного забезпечення, активній участі в науково-практичних
конференціях, форумах та семінарах. Накреслено основні шляхи формування педагогічної майстерності
викладача фахових дисциплін при підготовці фахівців аграрно-інженерних спеціальностей з початку
його трудової діяльності. Зроблено висновки і намічено перспективи подальших досліджень
