Abstract

The data of river Desna and riverhead of river Dnepr basin water level changes long-term monitoring in frontier areas of Ukraine, Byelorussia and the Russian Federation are cited.The analysis of the river water regime changes in the specified basin, caused by the laws of the water basin balance component change is carried out.
