On the weakness S of the transformation of the cipher Strumok from the chain of controllable S-blocks
Abstract
The peculiarities of the construction of the S-transform of the Stream cipher “Strumok” are discussed. In particular, an analysis of the preposition for constructing S-transformation of the stream cipher “Strumok” using controlled S-blocks is underway. His randomness scores are evaluated. It is shown that it is inferior to the effectiveness of the original proposal. The reasons of such circumstances turn out.
