A new nickel(II) complex 5,7,12,14-tetramethyl-6,13-dibenzoyldibenzo[b,i]-1,4,8,11-tetraaza[14]annulene has been Synthesized. Peculiarities of the spatial structure of the complex have been analyzed by RSA.
