Application of double-frequency ultrasound action to obtaining common salt, which could not be spoiled by lying
Abstract
The usage of double-frequency ultrasound action for obtaining the common salt was investigated. The elaborated technology for obtaining common salt includes the evaporation of its concentrated solution to the salt pulp containing 30-80% of solid at simultaneous ultrasound treatment at frequency 18-50 kHz with power of 2.5-4.0 W/cm2 and 1.0-2.5 mHz with power of 2.5-4.0 W/cm2 during 2-4 minutes, followed by the centrifugation and drying. The common salt obtained by the above technology was not spoiled by lying during 28 months.
