Study of conditions for determination of nicosulfuron by the method of thin-layer chromatography

Abstract

The conditions for nicosulfuron determination by thin layer chromatography were studied. The maximum extraction of nicosulfuron was observed in chloroform at pH 6-8. The chloroform/acetone/ formic acid mixture (5/5/1, v/v/v) was the best for development of the thin layer chromatography plates. The method for nicosulfuron determination into wastewater was developed in this study.
