Abstract

The process of stage formation of [Ni(CoЕtm3)2](NO3)2 in alcohol solutions was studied. Electron spectroscopy in the visible and ultraviolet regions of the spectrum was used to study the passage of the complexation process. Using IR spectroscopy, the basic functional groups were established and the structure of the 2Co-Ni heterometal complex with monoethanolamine was satisfactorily described. The preservation of the coordination environment of cobalt(III) in the synthesis of [Ni(CoЕtm3)2](NO3)2 from the intracomplex compound Co(III) with monoethanolamine was confirmed.
