Ppler myography: local registration of muscular activity at static loading
Keywords:

In the present paper, the opportunity of registration of local vibrations of skeletal muscles in vivo by means of the ultrasound Doppler method is researched. The measurements were spent on muscles of the forearm under the action of constant loading as well as at the state of full relaxation. From the analysis of the received spectra of local displacements in the muscle tissues follows that gain-frequency characteristics of oscillatory movements of muscular fibers under loading and at the state of rest differ essentially. The fulfilled analysis and the formulated hypothesis respectively to the physical nature of registered signals reveal the principal opportunity of the usage of ultrasound Doppler myography for diagnostics of the functional state of skeletal muscles.
