Physical model of the hypertonic lysis
Abstract
Authors offer a physical mechanism of the hypertonic lysis, which consists in the fact, that at high dehydration of erythrocytes their membranes are exposed to an appreciable isotropic extending on account of adsorption to tightly packed molecular matrix of intracellular hemoglobin. Experimental data on this process development, obtained by means of light microscopy, confirms the ideas proposed.
