MODEL OF STRATEGY FOR MANAGEMENT OF INNOVATION PROCESS DEVELOPMENT AT BUILDING ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to build a model of strategy for managing the development of the innovation process in the enterprises of the construction industry. The main problems of strategic construction management are identified: 1) problems directly related to the priority goals of the state and the region; 2) problems and solutions related to any element of social policy; 3) problems related to uncontrolled external factors and risks. It is noted that the organization of constant monitoring of the social environment is an important condition for the efficiency and competitiveness of the economic mechanism of housing management. The proposed model of enterprise innovation development management includes description of factors of innovation process development, determination of mission and goals of enterprise development, methodology of innovation potential assessment and description of measures for optimization of factor components of its level, substantiation of choice and realization of innovative development and description of features of management of stages of innovative processes. . It is stated that the management of the development of the innovation process at the construction industry enterprises consists of several interrelated stages: 1) the mission of the enterprise is determined; 2) assessment of innovation potential and selection of methods for development of innovation process; 3) check whether the chosen strategy of the mission and objectives of the enterprise development and implement the strategy of enterprise development. The main tasks that influence the effectiveness of the implementation of the strategy for managing the development of innovative processes at construction enterprises are identified. It is proposed to use the volume and depth of scientific knowledge on the problem under study, the number and quality of ideas as the main criteria for the effectiveness of fundamental research. It is suggested to evaluate the efficiency of the stages of the innovation process of the enterprises of the construction industry in the implementation of its development strategy. The process, which ultimately provides competitive advantage in the environment long-term and long-term perspective.
