In the article it is demonstrated that the populism ideas gained popularity in the modern world thanks to the process of the mass-media tabloidization. This thing leads to a disturbing trend of outcasts (who are main consumers of populist ideas) domination in choice of future. It is noted that in context of the "mass revolt" theory by J. Ortega-y-Gasset masses consider perfect character of the modern life not as a result of organization but as a nature. That means that existing forms of social being that favour to comfort life of a mass person are considered eternal and constant. Accordingly the class of populist ideas consumers have specific politic and mental characteristics and demonstrate no interest to causes of the social life existing system. They are interested only in their own well-being without paying attention to preconditions of this well-being. In general the mass-media tabloidization is determined by populist ideas spreading.
