The concept of a new medieval system of modern culture

Abstract

The article is dedicated to the phenomenon of the New Middle Ages as a cultural model, which will replace the modern worldview system undergoing state of crisis. Based on the concepts of N. Berdyaev, H.U. Gumbrehta, Umberto Eco and C.S. Lewis, a particular medieval models, with its desire to systematize and focus on internal, and the possibility and prospects of the adoption of the medieval culture of the XXI century categories analyzed. Based on the study the idealization of the New Middle Ages denied and its role as a necessary transition period is suggested.
