Abstract

"Humanity" is the essence of the philosophical ideas of Confucius. A lot of Confucius's statements touch upon the notion of "humanity" or "manifestations of humanity". "Humanity" is a complex concept, which includes a very rich content. It is the starting point of the logical conclusions of Confucianism. According to the requirements of etiquette for members of the family and society, "the manifestation of humanity" forms a social system of morality. Confucius is a famous historical thinker and teacher. His theories had a profound impact on subsequent generations and China's modern social and political life.
