Асиметрія вольт-амперних характеристик гібридних джозефсонівських контактів з пніктидами

Abstract

The model of the interferometer with different values of critical currents of junctions is applied to the description of IVcharacteristics of Josephson junctions which have the inhomogeneous width of the barrier. In ranges of the model of the two-junction interferometer, the asymmetrical IV- haracteristics of the bridge of the superconducting pnictide thin film BaFe2-xCoxAs2 and the junction BaFe2-xCoxAs2/TiOx/PbIn prepared on the single crystal of BaFe2-xCoxAs2 are calculated and compared with the measured curves. It is shown that magnetic field inside junctions is the origin of the asymmetry of IV-characteristics. Conditions at which magnetic field appears inside the junctions are discussed.
