THE FUNCTIONAL CONDITION OF THROMBOCITES AND HEMOSTAZIOLOGICAL FUNCTION OF ENDOTHELIAL CELL IN PATIENTS WHO HAVE ANGINA PECTORIS WITH DIFFERENT DEGREE OF INJURY OF CORONARY ARTERIES
Abstract
The 64 patients with stabile angina pectoris with different degree of ingury of coronary arteries by data of coronary ventriculography are investigated. On the basis of parameters of agraggation ability of thrombocites to different inductors, level of Von Willebrand’s factor and fibrinogen there are established interaction between functional condition of thrombocites and hemostaziological function of endothelium. Hemostaziological disfunction of endothelial cell and connected with it disfunction of functional condition of thrombocites cam be defineted as by axpression, so by stage of atherosclerotical processes in coronary arteries in patients with angina pectoris.
