SYSTEMIC APPROACH TO ANALYSING CLINICAL MANIFESTATION OF PUBERTAL PERIOD HYPOTHALAMIC SYNDROME (PPHS) IN BOYS
Abstract
The paper presents systematization of complaints of the patients with PPHS as well as the data of their objective examination, confirming the hypothesis of heterogeneity of patients with said diagnosis, and singling out 4 clinical forms of the disease. A systemic analysis has demonstrated that the selected parameters comprise a minimal set of appropriate diagnostic indications for differential diagnosing of PPHS clinical variants. The method of factor analysis used in the study makes it possible to characterize every subgroup. Further studying of pathogenesis of the disease development will allow to apply differential methods in the treatment of the patients.
