Abstract

The article shows modern ways of conducting intensive therapy in patients with difficult forms of meningoccocal infection. Presented is the basic use of antibacterial therapy, intensive shock therapy, DVC-syndrome, respiratory support, enteral and parenteral feeding. More attention is paid to the condition and problems of taking steroids, extracorporal methods of detoxication.
