CONDITION OF ENDOCRINE SYSTEMS AT PATIENTS WITH CHOLELITHIASIS AT LAPAROSCOPIC TREATMENT

Abstract
In article results of research of hormones at patients with cholelithiasis of various age are submitted. At elderly and senile age persons it is revealed hormonal dysbalance with decrease in melatonin concentration. The conclusion about expediency of use of synthetic analogue of melatonin – vita-melatonin in a complex of preoperative preparation and postoperative treatment at laparoscopic cholecystectomy is made.
