TRANSVAGINAL ECHOGRAPHY IN THE DIAGNOSTICS OF ADENOMIOSIS AND CERVICAL ENDOMETRIOSIS

Abstract

The results of transvaginal ultrasound investigation in the mode of colour and impuls Doppler from the 68 women with the adenomiosis and endometriosis are represented, the features of different degrees of the adenomiosis were found. The main criterions of endometriosis were the endometrioid getherotopies like anechogenic structures with hyperechogenic circle, grind-disperse suspension registered in cervix. The main line characteristics are frontodorsal uterine measuring, asymmetry of their size, cervical thikness. The impo-rtance of colour and impuls Doppler is in the exception of the cancerogeneous processes.
