Abstract
For the recent years the increase of vaginal candidosis morbidity frequency on a background of change in the sorts of structure ofmycotical agents accompanied with obvious increase of densities Candida nonalbicans and occurrence of drug resistance to the majority of antimycotical preparations has been marked. We have carried out investigation of efficiency of intravaginal ketoconazolum application compared with unitary fluconazolum reception in gynecological patients and intravaginal natamycinum usage in pregnant woman. On the basis of the received data is proved that ketoconazolum application is an optimal theraputical method at realization of monotherapy within 10 days at pregnancy and 5 days in nonpregnant women.
