PARACERVICAL ANAESTHESIA WITH SUBNARCOSES DOSES OF KETAMIN APPLICATION AT SMALL GYNECOLOGICAL OPERATIONS
Abstract
The work devoted to the development of method of paracervical anaesthesia with the subnarcotic doses of ketamin (there are 0,7-1,0 mgs/kg in a dosage) application at small gynecological operations and estimation of its efficiency by comparison to intravenous anaesthesia of ketamin. It was set that the original method of anaesthesia offered by authors has a row of positive effect: absence of necessity in premedication, good analgesia effect, low frequency of complications and financial viability, that allows to recommend this method at implementation of small gynecological operations in the conditions of permanent establishment and outpatient practice.
