PROBLEM QUESTIONS OF TREATMENT OF THE SYNDROME OF DIABETIC FOOT
Abstract
In work there presented an experience of treatment of 260 patients with the syndrome of diabetic foot complicated by a purulent surgical infection. The questions of in-prosy medicamentous and operative treatments are considered. Determinedand groundedthe stages of conducting of medical measuresdepending on the formof feet damages. The received results let us consider that the complex approach to treatment of a purulent surgical infection at patients with a syndrome of diabetic foot is the most effective in medical, functional and cosmetic ways in modern conditions.
