DIAGNOSIS AND CHOICE OF THE MANAGEMENT STRATEGY IN PATIENT WITH CARDIAC RESYNCHRONIZATION THERAPY IN CASE OF CHRONIC HEART FAILURE WITH MULTIMORBIDITY
Abstract
The importance of correct diagnosis and appropriate treatment is illustrated by the example of a clinical case in patient with multimorbidity. The diagnosis was confirmed in accordance with the modern diagnostic criteria and classifications. The pacemaker with dislocated electrode was replaced and cardiac resynchronization therapy device was implanted because of chronic heart failure with medical therapy optimization.Downloads
