Functions of administrative legal procedure in cases of authorities’ judicial recourse

The article deals with the determination of the role of the administrative legal procedure in cases of the authorized subjects’ judicial recourse. The grounds of the authorized subjects’ judicial recourse are studied; the powers of the administrative courts in these cases are analyzed. It is made the conclusion that there is no a contention element in the majority of cases and court functions distinct from traditional functions of the administrative legal procedure.
