Abstract

In article the study of legal forms of subjective opportunities arising in connection with the licensing of copyright and to address gaps in the legal regulation of these relations. Develop models sekundarnyh rights as a legal form of the regulation of the relations arising from the issuance of licenses for the use of copyright. The paper attempts to explore both positive and negative prospects for introduction in Ukraine Institute of open (free) licenses.
