Abstract

In this article analyzed on the basis of current legislation the mechanism of traffic accidents, which are a consequence of crimes against traffic safety and operation of transport. Proposed to use the system «driver - vehicle - road – environment» is based as the foundation of the structure forensic characteristics of crimes in this category. It stresses the importance of its structural elements to determine the tactical tasks of the investigation.
